As a life redesign coach, I've experienced yet another transformative year. Just like that, January 2024 has come and gone, leaving me with a sense of amazement at how time flies. For the past three years, I've shifted from making traditional New Year's resolutions to setting a yearly theme, which serves as my guiding intention.

In 2022, my theme was "Extraordinary with a Magic Touch," which brought unexpected twists and turns to my life, enriching it in ways I hadn't imagined. The following year, 2023, was all about "Transformation." This theme helped me navigate through anticipated and surprising changes, shaping me into a more resilient and adaptable individual. 

Now, in 2024, I've embraced "Abundance" as my theme. Each year's theme, interestingly enough, seems to attract its unique set of challenges and hardships. However, by setting these intentions, I've been able to perceive these challenges not as obstacles but as episodes in the grand narrative of my life, preventing them from defining who I am. It's important to clarify that setting intentions doesn't necessarily make life easier. Instead, it opens my eyes to the lessons I need to learn and encourages me to explore new aspects of myself

The concept of life as a series of design stages is something I firmly believe in. I have the power to redesign my life, which doesn't mean adhering strictly to pre-set plans or considering deviations as failures. It's about continually reassessing why I made certain decisions and evaluating whether my old mindset still serves my current needs and aspirations.

Navigating life's chapters involves recognizing the power of themes like "Extraordinary with a Magic Touch," "Transformation," or "Abundance." These guiding intentions provide a lens to view challenges as part of our unique story, steering away from hard plans to encourage continual reassessment aligned with our evolving selves. In 2024, the "Abundance" theme invites a lot of blessings, redefining joy beyond sacrifices to include openness in receiving the universe's goodness. As we enter the year with excitement, sharing themes becomes a source of inspiration, collectively shaping self-discovery and life redesign journeys. Embrace your theme, redesign your life, and let the adventure unfold.
